What is FACCS?

The Florida Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (FACCS) is a voluntary service organization, providing an association for Christian schools, Christian colleges and universities, homeschool groups, and homeschool families. Started in 1968, it is the oldest, state-level association of Christian schools in the nation.

“FACCS is delighted to offer festivals and competitions for our Elementary, Middle School, and High School students! These events are designed for the purpose of allowing our students to gain valuable experiences through the process of evaluation and competition. We want our students to develop their talents and have a platform for their God-given abilities.” At Ruskin Christian School, we participate in the FACCS competition every year; however, as of now, we only compete in three of the five competitions they offer.

• Creative Writing Festival - Writing festival for grades 1-8

• Junior Fine Arts Festival and Competition - Art, music, and speech festival and competition for grades 1-8
