VPK only No Fee

  • The registration fee will not be prorated for students registering after school begins.

  • The registration deposit is due when the registration form is submitted online.

  • The registration fee, or any portion of it, is non-refundable once it has been paid; even if the student withdraws before the beginning of the school year.

Tuition

K3 and K4 Non-VPK $6,250.00 / $625.00

  • Weekly: full-day - includes afternoon snack

VPK and Wrap-a-Round (full-day) $3,600.00 / $360.00

  • Parent Portion not covered by VPK

  • The Parent Portion may change based on the state legislature’s approval of the annual budget. Based on the approved amount, parents will pay the difference of the total amount listed above.

VPK Only Fees paid by VPK

  • Academic portion of the day only (12:00 - 3:00 p.m.)

  • We currently do not offer a morning VPK class only - students enrolled in the morning class must be enrolled in the VPK wrap-a-round program.

Daily lunch

  • $5.00 (Ages 2 - 3, 4K/VPK)

  • Note: If paying monthly, the annual cost for the year is divided into ten equal monthly payments.

A 5 percent discount is available on tuition only, if paid in full by August 1 or at the time of enrollment, if after August 1.

  • This does not apply to credit card payments.

Childcare services are NOT available during school holidays and breaks. See the school calendar for dates of school holidays and breaks.

Multiple child discount

  • $50.00 per month if enrolled in a full-day program

  • $25.00 per month if enrolled in a half-day program.

Tuition is to be paid monthly beginning August 1st through May 1st. Tuition must be paid for the month even if a child is absent due to sickness, family vacation, inclement weather, etc. The monthly tuition is not prorated due to school closings in observance of holidays. If a student withdraws before the end of the school year, tuition must be paid for the months that the child attends. Please give two weeks notice for a withdrawal in K2-K4. No records will be transferred if there is a balance due on the student’s account.

Late Fees

  • $25.00 (If not paid by the 15th of the month)

  • Note: A student will not be allowed to attend class if the balance on the account is more than 30 days in arrears.

Other Fees

Late pickup after 5:30 p.m.

  • $15.00 (For each 15 minutes)

Returned Check Fee

  • $10.00–$25.00 (see Student Handbook)

Credit Card Fee

  • Add 5% charge on the total amount per transaction

  • We accept VISA and Master Card. We also accept cash, check, money orders, and apple pay in the office. Online payments can also be made through RenWeb.

Tuition is due on the first day of each month, August through May. A late fee of $25.00 will be added to the account after the 15th day of the month. A student will not be allowed to attend class if the account is not paid in full by the 30th of the month. Monthly tuition is not prorated if a student withdraws or is dismissed after the first day of the month. No records will be transferred if there is a balance due on the student’s account.
